or the second year in a row, ADCI is proud to have been recognized by Zweig Group as a “Best Firm to Work For” in 2023. The firm came in ninth in its category —Architecture Firms sized 50-99 in the United States, up from a ranking of twelfth in 2022. ADCI also ranked 28th in the broader category of AEC(Architecture, Engineering and Construction) Firms sized 50-99.
Each year, Zweig Group administers the largest employee survey in the AEC industry, gathering more than two million data points and ranking the top firms in the U.S. and Canada. The survey includes detailed questions about employee benefits, workplace practices, retention rates and more. Along with other criteria, the employee survey accounts for 80 percent of the firm’s total score.
ADCI would like to thank its staff for participating in the employee response survey, and for providing crucial feedback that helps company leadership pursue meaningful change. This award, and the evident improvement in score, is a testament to the effective combination of servant leadership and the incredible team that contributes to ADCI’s success.
