DCI is celebrating a third consecutive year having been recognized as one of Zweig Group’s top 20 Best Firms to Work For in the United States in 2024.
The Best Firms award program administers the largest employee survey in the Architecture, Engineering and Construction (AEC) industry, gathering more than two million data points each year and ranking top firms in the U.S. and Canada based on employee benefits, workplace practices, retention rates and more. Firms are then benchmarked against others of similar size, discipline and region. Results from the employee response portion of the survey account for 80 percent of each firm’s total score.

Participating in a survey such as Best Firms enables employees to provide honest and anonymous feedback that is reviewed carefully by firm leadership to help inform strategic and meaningful change.
ADCI welcomes the opportunity Zweig Group’s program offers to view core aspects of daily operations such as policy, management style and goal setting through the varied experiences of its collective staff.
