ADCI teamed with KS Hospitality and the Village of Lake Delton to design this new Hilton Tru hotel, creating new lodging in an area that is slated by the Village for future commercial development.
The Lake Delton Tru is a four-story, 100-key hotel with an indoor heated pool and dedicated communal work space geared toward guests traveling for business. The new build occupies a high-profile site visible from the main highway and is designed to welcome drivers visiting popular local tourist and convention areas.
Site considerations for the project included looking ahead to future development opportunities and laying the foundation for future infrastructure needs such as stormwater management, public sidewalks and street improvements, and electrical coordination.
In selecting interior and exterior finishes, ADCI worked within the palette set forth by the Hilton brand to create a recognizeable space that serves the unique needs of its community. Tru’s modern and colorful signature design style makes for an eye-catching building both inside and out that sets it apart from the other offerings in the area
