Working closely with returning clients Matt and Denise Kuehl, ADCI designed a new preschool facility using similar motifs and color schemes to existing facilities, showing continuity of the brand across multiple locations — while also using operator lessons-learned to improve on previous projects.
Designs for this project include a 17,028 SF day care facility with 11 classrooms, an administration office, a staff conference room, a warming kitchen, a break room and a gymnasium, in addition to support spaces for deliveries and storage. The property also features a fenced outdoor play area.
Based on feedback from Matt and Denise, the new space was specialized to accommodate space adjustments that optimize the work flow of their operation. The gymnasium was built to accommodate high school sized volleyball courts to start, with the ability to incorporate basketball hoops in the future.
