i3 Product Development came to ADCI with a need for more office space to accommodate its growing team. A lot was purchased in Middleton, WI, where there would be room for one office building to be built immediately, as well as room to expand with a second building in the future.
The client was partial to a modern, industrial design with open spaces and plenty of natural light. ADCI designed a modern space with exposed systems and unique fixtures that complement i3’s brand identity. Touches of the brand’s signature orange are displayed throughout the interior.
A final floor plan for the building includes a mix of private and collaborative workspaces, a laboratory workshop, three conference rooms of varying size, a front lobby and reception area, staff bathrooms, a kitchen and break room, a fitness room, and a partially covered outdoor patio.
Each of these spaces was custom-designed to fit i3’s vision of a welcoming workspace that promotes teamwork, creativity and work-life balance.
