The owners of DEZ Tactical Arms, a successful Wisconsin-based firearms manufacturer and retailer, wanted a year-round facility where customers could try the firearms they might purchase or practice with those they already own. An indoor range allows local gun enthusiasts to enjoy their sport 365 days a year, no matter the weather. The new facility also provides space for gunsmithing, training, education, offices, a guest lounge and an employee breakroom.
Understanding that the building site is on a prominent street in the city, ADCI and the owner designed a facility that will be a welcome addition to its commercial neighborhood. Exterior colors, finishes and materials were carefully chosen to ensure the building is both aesthetically pleasing and communicates DEZ’s brand effectively.
With an eye to future growth, the facility is designed to accommodate a second gun range when demand for range time warrants a building addition.
