Ground was broken in September 2016 for a full renovation and addition of Bank of Wisconsin Dell's Lake Delton branch. Growth, an aging building, cramped quarters and cobbled utilities reaffirmed the need to modernize and expand. Commitment to the Village of Lake Delton and its business district cemented the bank's decision to remain in the current location instead of moving to another site.
The $2M project adds much-needed space for customers and bank operations, improves interior and vehicular circulation and provides additional off-street parking. Several new offices, spacious conference room, work area, storage and an employee breakroom are included in the addition.
BWD wished to continue the Northwood's inspired architectural theme of the surrounding business district while incorporating features from their headquarters building, which ADCI also designed. Careful attention to architectural elements and style successfully melded those themes into a single, cohesive design.
ADCI Interiors worked closely with BWD's project team to select colors, finishes, fixtures and feature elements that reinforce the sophisticated Northwoods aesthetics of the building architecture and detailing.
