Jason joined the firm in 2006 and the ownership group in 2008. Throughout Jason’s tenure, he has been responsible for managing some of ADCI’s most important client relationships and complicated projects. His project role as principal-in-charge is to set strategic direction and ensure project success and client satisfaction. Over the course of his career, Jason has been a structural designer, a project manager and a project principal. His extensive knowledge of the AEC industry is rooted in having worked through the design and construction process from many different view points.
His vast project experience includes hotels and resorts, bars and restaurants, sport and entertainment venues, event centers, luxury spas, retail locations, educational facilities, industrial buildings, multi-family housing and much more. Over the past 20 years, Jason has nurtured a special interest in hospitality design, building an expertise that results in exceptional, guest-focused projects. Jason melds his understanding of guest behavior with his business, marketing and technical background to guide the creation of properties driven by customer experience with the purpose of revenue generation. Jason participates most directly in early project concepting, leveraging his experience to maximize project success.
