Milestone Senior Living provides assisted living and memory care housing in Wisconsin and Minnesota. The client turned to ADCI to design a new senior living apartment complex in Woodruff, Wisconsin. The project included 20 units of assisted living on two stories and 20 memory care units on a single level. Interior Design and Construction Administration services were also provided by ADCI.
Project Goal
To create a facility with a strong residential feeling that tied to the local community through interior finishes.
Challenges
Project was built on a difficult site, complicated by utility easements and wetland setbacks. Turning challenges into opportunities, ADCI worked within site constraints to create a final product that afforded great views of lake vistas.
