"Our Mission and primary goal is to position clients as leaders in their communities and industries. One of my top priorities is ensuring we never lose sight of that. Not only does keeping that commitment help our clients succeed, but as a result, propels ADCI's success."
President and CEO Bob Nagel embodies the vision and culture of the firm. His guidance and leadership ensure that ADCI remains focused on what is important…our clients, our employees and doing exceptional work. He leads by example, fostering a family culture, building long-term relationships with clients and partners, and delivering innovation and excellence every day.
Executive Vice President/COO
As Executive Vice President of ADCI, Bill's responsibility is to ensure the firm's success as it relates to operational performance. He provides the ADCI team a support level of management that seeks to provide a quality design process, on schedule and on budget. The main focus is always on client satisfaction. Through the course of Bill's career, he has been a carpenter, construction site superintendent, construction project manager/estimator and architectural field administrator. This full project viewpoint is perhaps one reason why Bill was selected as a "Power 25" leader by Aquatics International Magazine.
"I believe there is strength in looking at a project through the eyes of our client. If I see it as a positive process, I believe in most cases they will, as well. Their satisfaction is truly a professional reward."
As one of ADCI's Principals, Jason is responsible for supervising the entire project team and achieving complete client satisfaction on his projects. Incorporating more than 20 years of design experience with keen business insight and understanding of market practices, development and construction, Jason functions as a true consultant and advisor to his clients.
"I find nothing more gratifying than the trust that our clients demonstrate when they hire ADCI. And nothing more important than earning it."
